New Jersey native Executive Chef John Johnson continues to impress with his Eat.Drink.Local Menu at The Garden restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel New York. Eighty percent of his ingredients in his dishes herald from a 100-mile (160 kilometre) radius of New York City.
